~Wedding Cake~ Five tier all edible cake consisting of 6" x 4" combination Coffee Caramel and Strawberry Shortcake, 9" x 4" Kilaueia, 12" x 4" Cheesecake, 15" x 4" Strawberry Shortcake and 18" x 4" Amaretto Flourless Chocolate Cake. The cakes were displayed using separate cake stands forming a letter s. A strip of red fondant icing intricately decorated with sequins and pearls cascaded through the cakes. A sprinkling of rose petals round out the cake decorations.

+ We created a separate cake topper for the occasion. It was a 6" wedding couple handcrafted using fondant icing. The topper was displayed on top of a 6" mock cake inscribed with the couple's monogram. The monogram was handcrafted using gumpaste.
