~Wedding Cake~ Three tier fondant covered cake made up of 8" x 8" mock cake, 12" x 8" mock cake and 16" x 8" base tier consisting of a 16" x 2" Carrot Cake layer and a 16" x 6" mock layer. The cake was decorated with scattered pieces of wheat grass handcrafted using gumpaste and mountain backdrop also handcrafted using gumpaste.

~Cake Topper~ Six inch wedding couple handcrafted using fondant icing resting on a bicycle. The bicycle was intricately handcrafted using gumapaste.
