~Wedding Cake~ 150 miniature cakes made up of Amaretto Flourless Chocolate Cake, Kilaueia, Oreo Cheesecake and Strawberry Shortcake displayed in a multi-tier acrylic cake stand.

~Cake Cutting~ One 6" Carrot Walnut Cake covered with blue fondant icing. The cake was decorated with silver dragees and snow flakes handcrafted using gumpaste.

~Cake Topper~ Six inch wedding couple skiing handcrafted using fondant icing displayed on top of a 6" blue fondant covered mock cake. The topper was decorated with silver dragees and snow flakes.
