Celebrations! Bridal Show and Special Events Expo 2008

+ My congratulations to Mr. Manuel Chua for the successful staging of the Celebrations Expo! For many of us, it was our first time to go to the SMX Convention Center. It was really a very remarkable place. We were very appreciative of the building structure. Its simple and clean vertical and horizontal lines made the building very elegant. Throw in the color changing lights and the building became very stylish. The presence of small amenities such as tissue paper and soap in well maintained washrooms delighted us. The parking was more than adequate to accommodate the weekend crowd in the biggest mall in Metro Manila and guests from two other exhibits running simultaneously. My thanks also to all the couples and guests who visited us at our booth. It was a pleasure to showcase our cakes and to entertain your inquiries. We were also very happy to have met Mr. Boy and Ms. Connie from Goldenhills Jewelry, Mr. Noel from Aramico catering, Ms. Sharon from Fernwood Gardens and Mr. Charlie from Acclaim Butterflies. For this Expo, we prepared four all edible cakes for cake tasting. These were Amaretto Flourless covered with white whipped cream icing with "Tuxedo" strawberries, Strawberry Cheesecake, Kilaueia Chocolate Cake covered with chocolate fudge icing with "Tuxedo" strawberries, and Coffee Caramel, chiffon cake filled with coffee caramel icing (no picture). +enJoy
