~Birthday Cake~ 100 pieces of assorted cupcakes consisting of Kilaueia, Moist Chocolate, Strawberry Shortcake and Dulce covered with marshmallow icing in pastel shades of yellow, blue, pink and green. The cakes were displayed in a multi-layer cake stand.
Three 8" satellite cakes, one fondant covered Apple Walnut topped with marshmallow icing for Sandrine, one fondant Apple Walnut for Santiago and one whipped cream icing covered Chocolate Prune Cake topped with fresh flowers and fruits for Lola. Each of the satellite cakes were displayed surrounded by the letters of the names of the celebrants handcrafted from gumpaste and mounted on top of the cupcakes.
~Cake Topper~ 6" Twins handcrafted using fondant icing displayed in layers of fondant covered stars in green, pink and brown(mock cakes).
+ The party theme inspiration was Twin Stars. To further incorporate the cake with the theme, we handcrafted miniature cupcakes, stars, moon and candies using gumpaste and fondant and inserted these on the cake display together with the cupcakes.
