We extend our congratulations for the 16th time to the Themes and Motifs team for the successful staging of the event. As always, it was very professional.
For this event, we showcased our versatility by putting together three types of cakes soon-to-wed couples and other celebrants may choose from.
Miniature Cakes
30 pieces miniature cakes covered with white whipped cream icing topped with red sugar flowers. The cakes were displayed in a multi-tier acrylic cake stand alternating with red roses.
Fondant
Three tier fondant cake measuring 6" x 4" mock cake, 10" x 4" mock cake and 14" x 4" mock cake. The cake featured famous Philippine landmarks handcrafted using a combination of fondant icing and gumpaste. Topping the cake was a 6" wedding couple riding a yellow convertible handcrafted using fondant icing.
Cupcakes
30 pieces cupcakes topped with white whipped cream icing. The cakes were displayed in a multi-tier wooden cake stand alternating with red roses.
For sampling, we brought bite size Kilaueia, Coffee Caramel, Amaretto Flourless Chocolate, Carrot Cake, Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake and New York Cheesecake.
