+ Congratulations to Themes and Motiffs, to Mr. Dogi, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Ched and their efficient staff for the successful staging of the Wedding Expo Philippines last September 6 and 7. As usual, we found the organization very professional from the orientation last August to the last day of the Expo. It was also a joy to have spent the last two days with our booth neighbors, Mr. Paolo from Red Ribbon,Mr. Kerwin, Ms. Phoebe and Ms. Ruth from Printed Matter, Ms. Mary Ann of Top Cakes. Our thanks also to the management of PICC, for the efficient running of the facilities, that was one cold place!
We would like to thank all the couples and guests who came to sample our cakes. The expressions of "hmmms'" and "ahhhs'" were all appreciated! We delight in being able to share the simplicity, elegance and taste of our creations to all. We hope that you will come to believe that for that special occasion, "it must be a Joy San Gabriel!"
For this event, we featured our multi-level cup cake stand that can carry over 160 cup cakes. We topped the stand with a six inch couple handcrafted using fondant icing displayed on a six inch mock cake. The cup cakes can be of different flavors and comes with an individual transparent plastic container. We also featured our five layer all edible cake measuring 6"x4", 8"x4", 10"x4", 12"x4" and 14"x4". The 8" and 12" were mock cakes that were covered with flowers made from meringue. Topping the cake was a six inch wedding couple handcrafted using fondant icing.
For sampling, we brought bite size Kilaueia, Coffee Caramel, Amaretto Flourless Belgian Chocolate, Carrot and Apple Walnut.
